Rod Building Course
Have you ever wanted to build your own fly rod? We will
be offering a rod building course Feb. 19th&20th. We will be
building TFO (Temple Fork Outfitters) rods. We have two series of the
rods to choose from and line weights from 1wt-10wt. Local legend
and rod building extraordinaire Dave Fowler will again lead this class.
Sign up ASAP class limited to 6 people. Stop by the shop or call for
details on the different rods.
Open Tying Night
Every Thursday from (4pm-7pm) we
have a open tying night at the store. Be prepared to share some flies,
tell lies, and possibly learn something new. The goal is to get all you
experienced tiers to mix with some of the new tiers and share some
tricks and tips. We might even knock a few pennies off any purchase
during the tying night but then again we might not. If you like to sip
a favorite drink while you tie feel free to bring it(let's not get
carried away though)
